This main purpose of this action plan is to define the actions the timelines and the responsible ROCs/people so that the EGEE SLA/SLAs is defined by the end of the year 2007. A first draft of the SLA should be ready by the end of summer, thus beginning of September.

The action plan should be finalized and discussed in the ROC managers meeting on the 10^th of July.

The identified tasks for the preparation of the SLD are:

T1. Define initial Table of Contents

T2. Define a basic set of Metrics

T3. Discuss with MIG about the feasibility of metrics implementation and if the metric produced by MIG are consistent with the SLD metrics.

T4. Decide on the existence of one or more SLDs

T5. Draft text for the contents of the SLD.

T6. Iterate and discuss the contents of the SLD.

T7. Prepare the first draft before by the end of summer.

T8. Produce some initial reports based in the SLD metrics and the metrics produced by MIG to estimate the conformance of the SLA by sites.

T9. Iterate and discuss the SLD.

T10. Finalize draft.

In order to have a draft SLD by the end of summer T1 to T6 should be done by end of August 2007.

Timeline:

T1: by 17^th of July

T2: by 24th of July

T3: by 24^th of July

T4: from 24^th of July to 6th^th of August

T5-T6: by 7^th of September

Note that August is a month that most of people are on holidays for an extended period of time.
