SLA Between Sites and ROCs
Parties to the Agreement
The parties to this agreement are the Regional Operating Centers and the Resource Centers (Sites). An important role in this SLD play also the various grid management services that are used to monitor the sites and collect information on the metrics defined in the following sections.

A description of the grid management service providers and an introduction to the services that are offering. e.g. GOCDB, CIC, SAM, GRIDVIEW, GGUS

Duration and Extensions
Information on the duration of the SLD and ways of termination or extension.
Amendment
A description of the amendment procedure for the defined SLD.

Grid Management Service
In this section a description of the operational tools and services used for the implementation and collection of the SLD metrics will be described. e.g. GOCDB, CIC, SAM, GRIDVIEW, GGUS
Core Services
In this section a description of which are the core services is provided e.g. WMS,

Site Services
` In this section a description of which are the site services is provided.
Responsibilities
GRIDOPS
This section provides a description of the responsibilities of those providing these services with respect to the SLD metrics collection.
Reliable measurements
ROCs
A description of the ROCs responsibilities is provided.
Help Desk, Second Level support, Ticket Follow up.
Service Providers (Sites)
A description of the sites responsibilities is provided.
Submit weekly reports to ROC (via CIC) with site availability and issues encountered.

It is proposed to have 2-3 level of SLD requirements from sites by changing the limits
