SLA Between Sites and ROCs

Parties to the Agreement

The parties to this agreement are the Regional Operating Centers and the Resource Centers (Sites). An important role in this SLD play also the various grid management services that are used to monitor the sites and collect information on the metrics defined in the following sections.

A description of the amendment procedure for the defined SLD.

In this section a description of the operational tools and services used for the implementation and collection of the SLD metrics will be described. e.g. GOCDB, CIC, SAM, GRIDVIEW, GGUS

Responsibilities

GRIDOPS

This section provides a description of the responsibilities of those providing these services with respect to the SLD metrics collection. Reliable measurements

ROCs

A description of the ROCs responsibilities is provided. Help Desk, Second Level support, Ticket Follow up.

Service Providers (Sites)

A description of the sites responsibilities is provided. Submit weekly reports to ROC (via CIC) with site availability and issues encountered. Conform to the following requirements.
