Tools/features that VO managers could use in VOMS

The following is a list of functionality that VO managers said that are missing in the survey contacted before EGEE08

VOMS database clean up assistance:

• Remove users older than X days unless they have renewed their subscription to the VO

Setup membership lifetime at registration time

• Similar to the previous bullet, the VO manager should have an option when he is approving a registration to define a lifetime for the user's membership.

Usage statistics, i.e. number of requests

Now obtainable from processing the logs but very hard, and needs site hosting the VOMS server involvement

• Total number of voms proxy generation requests recieved
• Voms proxy generation equests per hour/day/month
• Breakdown of Roles requested during proxy generation
