EGEE Items From ROC Reports
ROC_SEE: serious deployment problem for 64-bit WNs, missing x86_64 RPMs and mix-up of executables and libraries for 32-bit and 64-bit architectures (GGUS:43216). Due to this problem we had to take manual steps to resolve the issue and were failing SAM tests for several days, which will affect our availability. The error message was very misleading. Andreas said that a proper solution will take a while (requires repackaging). BUG:40734 and BUG:33616 suggest to install the 64-bit RPM over the 32-bit one. Data Management and VDT are independently working on fixes.
ROC_SWE: IFIC-LCG2 site still not showing sBDII test results GGUS:43353. John will investigate [problem fixed by David Collados the same day, and availability recalculated for impacted sites].

WLCG issues coming from ROC reports
* RAL batch farm occupancy by LHC VOs is down. Other Tier1s/ROCs should send feedback to RAL/Nick. Alessandro said that ATLAS had reduced Grid activity due to internal reasons and the accelerator stoppage. GridKa don’t have huge occupancy.
Roberto LHCb objects: there are periods where activity to Tier1 is light.
Derek: relative occupancy per Tier1 is problem, not total activity. RAL just wants to check that they’re not being left out.
Upcoming WLCG Service Interventions
ATLAS Service
ALICE Service
Encourages all Alice tier-1 sites to install a CREAM CE.
Suspend ITPA site as per GGUS:42015. *Update 17th November*, site has now responded. North East ROC to respond next week. *Update 27th November*, site has now corrected the problem, closing this.
