Hi!
There are a few items on the dashboard, but only a couple need addressing.
SWE: GGUS 54115 (APEL) - ticket has not been addressed at all by site admins. Nobody from SWE commented on this ticket. PLEASE check offline and take action.
AP: GGUS 51229 (APEL-pub) - lots of work done here, but the problem seems to still be there.
CANADA: GGUS 54131 (RGMA) - Di Qing is trying to get hold of admins, but there still hasn't been any progress.
One last thing:
There is a CERN ticket which is waiting for the release of some software (ICE) - 53931. Should that stay on the dashboard, or be closed or transferred to a different OU? The cern ticket should remain assigned to cern roc, this is a normal use case,if a ggus ticket generates a bug, the ticket should remain open till the bug is fixed and the fix applied and verified to solve the problem. If the dashboard has issues with this flow, it should be fixed in the dashboard. Not clear if the dashboard can deal with this or not. Helene will check offline. The proper GGUS ticket state for these use case should be "in progress".

EGEE Items From ROC Reports
From ROC DECH: LCG2-FZK Service Incident: Site BDII not fully functional and missing information on lcg-CEs in siteBDII, duration 26 hours (including 8.5 hours scheduled downtime) problems have been fixed. The detailed report can be found here https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/LCG/WLCGServiceIncidents
From ROC South West Europe: How long are sites "allowed" to run old 32bit WNs under SL4/i386? Are there deadlines to deprecate them? No deadlines at the moment but this will happen in the not too distant future. The question is related to HW. Ongoing discussions to stop support for gLite 3.1, proposal for 2 months after the 3.2 service/component is stable.
