General comments

• Document difficult to read since there are references to items in the reference table only containing the reference number without the title of the document, so the reader needs to visit the reference table very often.
• The review should be done for the EMI-0 release. The author has tried to review EMI-1 which doesn't exist yet. Due to this, he comments on the fact that the review can't actually be done because EMI-1 is not available. I think the evaluation of EMI-0 and the current status of the relevant documents, whatever they are, can be included in this release.
• The software release plan is reviewed when the deliverable isn't finished. I think it should have just mentioned this.

Note 1: The reviewers must list here any observation they want to track explicitly and that require interaction with the authors
Alternatively all changes must be listed in the document itself using Word change tracking features (if you use Word)
Note 2: These comments have to be explicitly addressed by the authors and the action taken must be clearly described

Any other modification, spelling or grammatical corrections, etc must be done directly in the document using tracked changes or similar mechanisms that allows the authors to identify which correction is suggested.
