Reviewed document DSA2.3.1-QAReport-v1_3

General comments

It seems well written and exhaustive.

Additional recommendations (not affecting the document content, e.g. recommendation for future work)

It would be useful to have a section dedicated to suggestions and recommendations to improve the quality assurance process. For example, since the deliverables related to software (release, maintenance, support ... ) are late and this could affect the quality of the software, a check more strict on such deliverables' schedule could be adopted. Maybe it is possible to put in evidence how the lack of compliance with the SQP of some documents/components can affect the future deliverables.

Detailed comments on the content

Note 1: The reviewers must list here any observation they want to track explicitly and that require interaction with the authors
Alternatively all changes must be listed in the document itself using Word change tracking features (if you use Word)
Note 2: These comments have to be explicitly addressed by the authors and the action taken must be clearly described
