DSA1.2 - Software Release Plan

This document describes the release procedures and policies for the middleware services and the complete EMI reference distributions. It also contains the initial release schedule to be prepared in collaboration with the PTB and the JRA1 Work Package. The release schedule will be updated every three months during the course of the project.

Review tracking

  • 10/01/11 - C. Aiftimiei sent v0.14 for review (doc, pdf)
  • 10/01/11 - v0.14 sent to G. Pucciani, M. Riedel, PEB for review; deadline 17/01
  • 17/01/11 - G. Pucciani sent review
  • 18/01/11 - M. Riedel sent review
  • Revised DSA1.2 taking SA1 and JRA1 review comments into account expected 24/01
  • 24/01/11 - C. Aiftimiei sent v.0.15 taking into account SA2 and JRA1 reviews. From Cristina: "All spelling or grammatical corrections have been accepted. I answered to the comments in the respective documents, accepting almost all suggestions, and prepared a new version including everything."
  • Pending SA2 and JRA1 approval of v0.15; deadline 27/01
  • 24/01/11 - G. Pucciani accepted v0.15
  • 27/01/11 - M. Riedel accepted v0.15; suggestions for distribution added to JRA1 review page
  • PO to finalise DSA12, upload in CDS and submit to EC
