NA3.1 Workpackage Coordination

This activity consists in the coordination of the WP tasks, participation to project meetings and events, production of deliverables and participation to the overall project QA process.

This task consists of the following sub-tasks:

• NA3.1.1 WP Team Membership (Restricted to PEB Members)
  • Overview of WP roles and activities, expertise, mailing lists, etc.
• NA3.1.2 Progress Tracking
  • Action item tracker, deliverable check, GANTT charts, policy implementations, EC Review preparations, AHM meeting, etc.
• NA3.1.3 Regular WP Meetings and Reports
  • weekly telcons, weekly reports to the PEB, PTB recommendations, etc.
• NA3.1.4 WP Result Collection
  • WP objectives and evaluation, concrete results, etc.
