PEB Review comments

• 26/10/11 Jon: Section 1.1 is not really background material, more like a workshop overview. So I'd like to change the title to "Workshop Overview" (since people might be tempted to skip reading a section called "Background" ). In the first sentence of section 1.3 it looks like the workshop hasn't happened yet, so I suggest to change to past tense.
• 26/10/11 Balazs: I've read and approve the content of the milestone report. I still don't like the formatting of our milestone (and delivrable) documents. This is a simple milestone report nevertheless it eats up 7 (!) pages. I can easily cut two pages: move the copyright to the front page thus save the 2nd empty page, remove the "delivery slip" page. that is a real overkill for a short document like this
