* 15/12 (Laurence): MJRA 1.13 was delayed as meeting the milestone required DNA 1.3.1 to be finalized. Now that this has been achived (13/12/2010 ), we can produce the milestone report. I have just submitted the first draft to Morris and am now waiting for feedback.
