Since the document is very similar to DNA1.2.1, the review is based on the changes summarized in Section 3.

The document is acceptable in its current form. Some minor improvements are suggested below.

2 23 5.2.6 Products which are not within the agreed Support Life periods are not updated at all, i.e. I would replace "are not timely updated to fix critical issues" with "are not updated anymore". Moreover the whole first sentence needs some adjustments from the English point of view.

The various cases described are ORed not ANDed, that is the products outside the support lifetime and those which are not updated are different categories of products and neither is supported. I've revised to sentence to make this clearer: "The Customer is aware that Products that are not within the agreed Support Life periods or are not updated to fix critical issues or are used outside the recommended configuration parameters are not entitled to be supported by EMI Technical Experts."

3 28 5.4.2 By-telephone contact should be listed in the introductory paragraph, which still mentions only contact by web form and by e-mail.

Any other modification, spelling or grammatical corrections, etc must be done directly in the document using tracked changes or similar mechanisms that allows the authors to identify which correction is suggested.
