Support status report 05-08-11

The ticket status as of 05/08/2011 08:20 is the following:
There are
121 open tickets in EMI SUs, of which

17 assigned,
30 in progress,
51 on hold,
 1 reopened,
12 waiting for reply.

The tickets in assigned include
       0 in top priority,

       1 in very urgent,

       3 urgent,

      13 less urgent.

Tickets to be discussed: - it seams that dCache
is not aware of this ticket - assigned to wrong
status (in progress) as a Redmine ticket exists the status should be on hold - a related savannah
ticket exists but the status is "waiting for reply". As the last entry
in the history is written in Dutch it is not clear whether there is
really a question to be answered , - both tickets should
be set to status "on hold" as related Savannah tickets exist; there is
no activity since almost a month even though the tickets are of priority
"very urgent" - should be set to
status "on hold" as a related bugzilla ticket exists, which still has to
be added to the related issue field - has priority very
urgent but nothing has happened since almost two months (also true for
the related Savannah ticket)
