The goal is to:

1. implement monitoring based on Nagios to the different etics pools
   • etics production pool
   • etics-test pool
   • etics-dev pool
2. Providing the accounting information in the terms of
   • number of builds per platform
   • number of builds per project
   • evolution of the platform popularity over time
