CERN Transfer lines

Acronym	Number	Use/Status	Location
TI18	2143 (between SPS and LHC)	Tunnel is presently not used and sealed off. The Gamma factory proposal aims at re-using a small part of the tunnel on the SPS side to house electronics and a laser hut in order to shield it from radiation. The majority of the tunnel remains empty. I am not aware of any future plans for the remainder of the tunnel.	Tunnel Location
TT70	855 (old pbar/e transfer line between PS and SPS)	The tunnel is not used and is to my knowledge empty. I am not aware of any proposals to reuse the tunnel.	Tunnel Location
TT6	859 (Tunnel between PS and old TT1 line to the ISR)	The tunnel is not used, but part of it is running underneath the AD target area and is therefore sealed off for radiation protection reasons. To my knowledge there are no plans for the available parts of the tunnel.	Tunnel Location
TTL2	854 (Old loop for pbar re-injection into the PS from the AA/AC)	this tunnel is unused, but is integral part of the TT2 tunnel, used for beam transfer from PS to AD, nTOF, SPS, D3. No plans for this tunnel.	Tunnel Location
TT1	800 (Old transfer between PS and ISR to inject in clock-wise direction)	The tunnel is not used, but not sure about storage. To my knowledge no plans for reusing it.	Tunnel Location
TT2A	802 (Old transfer line form PS to the old neutrino experiments BEBC etc.)	Most of the tunnel on the PS side is used for the nTOF facility and the experiment behind it. Access to the nTOF experiments is done from B296.	Tunnel Location
ISR tunnel	375	The tunnel is used for different purposes, storage, radiation wase treatment, coating facility…..	Tunnel Location
TND	846 (old transfer line from SPS to the West Area neutrino facility)	I do not know about the status of the tunnel and if material is in there. I know the end of the tunnel and especially towards and behind building 925 the radiation levels are still very high. I also mean to remember that the radius of this tunnel is rather small. TT61	798 (Old transfer line to the SPS west area B180)	The start of the tunnel is common with TI8 (SPS-LHC transfer line) and HiRadMat. The tunnel is not used otherwise, unless for storage, but this I am not aware of.	Tunnel Location
TT4	804	No idea of its status and use. I am not aware of any future plans for this tunnel	Tunnel Location
TT3	803	No idea of its status and use. I am not aware of any future plans for this tunnel	Tunnel Location

Each of these tunnels has a TSO, who would be better positioned than me to comment on the status and if the place is used for storage.
