Communication plan
The communication plan defines different lists of communication actions that are organised by domains:
- Scientific/Technical communication and community building
- Dialogue with stakeholders (authorities, representatives of the population, directly affected population)
- General outreach and communication for lay-people
- Engagement of different members of the society in different countries
Each communication action is defined and traced using a tabular record according to the following format:

| Objectives |
Develop and agree on communication methodology and contents as required for different topical needs. Assure a well-coordinated and synchronised planning and putting in place of communication activities in the territories in the two host states. Obtain and assure continuous support from the notified authorities in both host states who accompany the feasibility study. |
