FCCIS Consortium

Beneficiaries

Beneficiary means a Party which has signed the Grant Agreement and is therefore bound by its terms and conditions with regards to the European Union, represented by the European Commission or another funding body. Beneficiaries receive funding from the EC under the H2020 instrument. They sign the Grant Agreement (GA) and the Consortium Agreement (CA).

The 16 beneficiary organisations of the project are listed in the table below.

Partner Organisations

Partner Organisation means a Party which has not signed the Grant Agreement and is therefore not bound by its terms and conditions with regards to the European Union, represented by the European Commission or another funding body, but which has signed a partnership agreement with the Coordinator assuming rights and responsibilities in the context of the Project. They contribute to the project on a best-effort basis through their proper funds or with funding that is not in the scope of the Grant Agreement. They are members through the signature of the project accession form. Their membership is subject to agreement of the project's General Assembly (GA). Partner organisations have the opportunity to participate in the governance of the project through assignment to governance and management boards. However, the Parties agree that each Partner Organisation’s representative shall be entitled to vote with one vote on decisions of the General Assembly that do not relate to the Project scope, schedule, financial matters, milestones and deliverables established in the Consortium Plan, or any other matters governed by the Grant Agreement.
