FCC PROJECT FILESYSTEM DOCUMENTATION
This section defines the organisation of the shared file system. The filesystem fcc-project on the EOS file system contains the following top-level folders:
Folder Description
doc This folder contains general documents related to the Quality management such as Data Management Plan. It also has a folders where the document templates and manuals and guidelines or FCC-CDR can be found
office This folder is structured into further sub-folders: procurement in which tender documentation, files related to orders or contracts and collaborations are placed. The folder meetings holds minutes of ISC; IAC; HSWG; CGM and ACM meetings. Information concerning FCC Week 2021 are stored in=events=. Safety measures related to COVID-19 introduced by CERN can be found in the folder CERN administration. Grey Book hold information about FCC status in the CERN Gry Book
office restricted This folder will be used to hold any files that should not be widely available such as salary survey
tools This folder contains GIS configuration management plan or file system on resources in GIS as well as ideas for =document management system
website This folder will be used for placing web applications, files and web pages that permits non-authenticated users, who are not part of the project to easily access large amounts of data and large files using a web browser
layout_optimisation This folder is further structured into a sub-folders that contains the maps of the whole area without rings or close-up map background for each point (PA to PL); FFE prog containing information about layout display program; baseline that provides GPS coordinates for the baseline ring or = plan for coordinate system Layout_optimisation folder also contains territorial constrains in kml files as well as software used for web tool
host state implementation This folder contains any documents relevant for the host-state implementation process. This can for instance be organisation structure of SCA or SCP as well as any minutes that have been taken during the meeting with public authorities of France and Switzerland. This folder also holds database of the territorial risk management as well as engagement communication folder where legal requirements or principles of institutional communication might be found. In eie documents related to environmental impact evaluation, for instance: strategic plan of EIE and EIE Schedule Plan, are placed. Project management folder consist of sub-folders such as: stakeholders relations; risk management plan; project plan; project organisation; layout and placement project plan; administrative procedures. The folder matex will hold any files related to the excavation materials. Farther, in administrative processes the documents describing the procedure of drilling in the studied areas or procedure of lands right acquisition as well as documents concerning Plan Directuer Cantonal are stored
FCCIS This folder contains all information relating to the FCC Innovation Study. The folder is further structures according to the different topics that are part of work packages activities: WP1; WP2; WP3; WP4; WP5; WP6. Files concerning deliverables are placed in milestones and deliverables folder. In EC the Grant Agreement, Consortium Agreement= as well as guideline might be found. Folder public is used for storing the templates of posters, presentations, papers, background declaration and other that are relevant to media and press FCCIS topic
easitrain This folder holds the necessary information about the EASITRAIN School
communication This folder consists of sub-folders that provide information on communication strategy plan as well as stakeholders based on their origin: CERN; Switzerland; France; eu and international. Communication folder also contains materials such as FCC logo=pack; fact sheets and posters. In guidelines and policies, questions and answers on ESPPU2020 and Strategy for Future lepton colliders can be found. Files related to Open Days 2019 has been placed in events folder, likewise in press where further documents on FCC project in scientific journals are stored
