Low energy electron backscattering test


Short description: the electron backscattering coefficient (percentage of backscattered electrons) is calculated with the following configurations:

  • the incident electron beam energy ranges from 100 eV to 1 MeV.
  • The incidence angle varies from 0 to 75 degrees.
  • The target materials include Al, Be, Ca, Ti, U, Cu, Au, W.
