Fano Cavity test

Short description: The test is designed to check the accuracy of the condensed history electron transport, especially the stability of the related stepping
algorithms with respect to increasing values of the maximum allowed energy loss along an individual electron step. In case of Geant4, the corresponding continuous step limit parameter is the Rover range which is the maximum allowed step length in units of fraction of the (charged) particle range.
