Comments and open issues
269__c: D0 wants to use this field for the last time any files were uploaded.
note requester: One option is to put the requester in 100, the rest of the authors into 700. But also possible to define another field. CDS uses 963 __a for the "owner" of a record (non-standard field)
date of request: CDS uses 925 $a for Opening date/Date received (non-standard field)
class (DOC, PHYS, CONF, ANAL, MEMO, PUB): what do they mean exactly? For some there might already be a suitable 980 collection.
