System Design: BibUpload

1. Introduction

BibUpload module provides a bibupload CLI tool that enables one to upload metadata records to an Invenio database as well as to append, revise, delete fulltext files attached to records. All record changes are done via bibupload. For more information on the current bibupload, please see http://inspire.cern.ch/help/admin/bibupload-admin-guide.

The current bibupload tool presumably covers a vast majority of Inspire needs. However, there are areas needing further improvements:
