• Needs to be younger than 6 months in the system
• Must be an arXiv paper

<publisher> has to be one of the items in a list of publishers (such as APS, Springer). This can be managed in a KB. List so far:

• 541 must have $a <bibcatalog-username-of-invenio-user> $c bibedit (only created when adding FFT with PDF from BibEdit - not otherwise)
