Times

SLAC (US) Duty: 9-18 SLAC time "Best effort": 18-21 SLAC time

CERN (EU) Duty: 9-18 CERN time. "Best effort": 0600-0900

If you are on duty, it would be nice for you to be "paying attention" at a ~15-30 minute timescale for most of the day, and there are some off hours where you should be aware if anything is really wrong (lemon alarm to SMS, for example...)
