* GGUS ticket processing: 
  The bug in GGUS blocking sometimes updates to/from
  PRMS/Remedy was fixed. Just after the fix the backlog of 
  missing updates was re-processed by GGUS. This 
  caused a "storm" of non-synchronised updates which
  in some cases re-opened tickets already closed tickets. 
  In some others cases (more annoying for remedy supporters) 
  the updates created new remedy tickets.
  We cleaned-up the situation at our best but spurious entries 
  in open Remedy tickets could still be present.

* A bug in GGUS was found blocking sometimes updates coming 
  from PRMS/Remedy. The bug is understood. While waiting for the
  solution, Remedy supporters (namely Cern ROC and CERN-PROD) should
  be aware that, from time to time, their updates may not be passed 
  timely to GGUS (they depend in this case on the mediation done by Cern ROC)
  Unfortunately the occurrence of this issue is not easily predictable. 
  Therefore it is better to check and monitor carefully critical updates/requests 
  to the end-users in case the replies are noticed to be delaying.
