FTS support lines

There are two main FTS support emails:

`ftscern.support@cern.ch`	This is to report operational issues related to the CERN-PROD FTS service, both for the Tier-0 export service and the CERN <-> T2 transfer service. It is a Remedy feed and will be handled by the Service Manager on Duty with backup from the FTS support team at CERN.
`fts-support@cern.ch`	This is support list for FTS issues that do not involve the CERN-PROD service, e.g. T1 configuration issues, software problems, etc.
