Subject: SITE_NAME in production? [GGUS-Ticket-ID: #NNNNN]
Dear Site Administrator(s),
As Cern ROC we are glad to inform you that your site SITE_NAME matches our current
certification criteria and therefore, from our point of view, it can start working in production mode.
<certification details here>
<link to certification documents here>
So, if you agree, we would re-set the status of your site to "Certified" in the GOC db.
As a consequence, your site will enter in production mode.
Also the normal monitoring by the COD will be restarted, according to the standard escalation
procedure defined in the Operation Manual.
At the same time your site would be removed from our certification BDII and any submission
of tests from our part will be stopped.
Please just confirm that you don't have objections to start working in production mode and
the action above describedyou will be executed immediately after.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards.
