2 BES interface This funtionality is not available on the current CREAM CE and is not considered high priority by the developers:
"Right now we are not focusing too much on this activity because of 2 reasons:
- The person in charge of this task (Moreno) is also involved in the ICE activities, which are more important right now
- Even if the BES and JSDL specifications are in the final state, they are not suited for production use because they lack significant capabilities.  This was also discussed in a inter-operability meeting (called by Laurence Field) that was held at Cern last September. ...it was decided to set a specific OGF working group, called Production Grid Infrastructure (PGI) to define appropriate BES and JSDL profiles including all the important features requested for production use (see http://forge.ogf.org/sf/projects/pgi-wg). So Moreno is now more focused on this activity. He is also co-chair of this WG"

The current status of this work can be seen here: http://savannah.cern.ch/task/?7739 .
*Update 18-Sep-09 by Massimo Sgaravatto (CREAM developer)*:Activities are continuing in the context of the PGI OGF group and AGU (ARC, Glite, Unicore).
In particular a proposal has been prepared in the AGU workshop held at Lund. This has then been submitted to the PGI OGF working group. So BES interface will not be implemented in CREAM since BES is not useful at all for real production activities and should be soon obsoleted by something else (PGI/AGU execution service)
