Below is a list of actions on the ROC Security Contacts from the OSCT-2 meeting, which are expected to be completed before the OSCT-3 meeting.

  • All ROCs:
    • [Completed] Sort the RSS items by priority (before 31/07/2007) (a sample implementation of the feed is available from here).
    • Circulate the incident response procedure guide in their region (Romain: prepare and EDMS document)
    • OSCT-DC handover now done both through an email report and IM (on the OSCT conference room)

  • CERN:
    • [In progress] Coordinate SAM security tests development (Romain)
    • [In progress] Recommend, design and implement more SAM security tests (Romain/OpenLab)
    • [Background activity]Schedule one or two status review phone meeting (Romain)
    • [Completed] Prepare an EDMS document with the Incident response procedure (Romain)
    • Provide two views for the RSS items: by priority or by topic (Romain)
    • [In progress] Discuss with JSPG and document the escalation of VO-related problems (ex: VO management not responding to requests) (Romain)
    • [In progress] Check with GGUS if appropriate features for incident handling could be implemented (Romain)

    • Prepare a draft self-auditing questionnaire to help the sites checking their compliance with best practice and policy documents. Each question should be directly map to one (or more) items from the RSS feed (Louis)

    • Produce packages for the tool enabling Grid host to know what remote hosts are part of our Grid
    • Ask the LCG Security Contacts for input to the RSS feed
