Members of the R-GMA team have offered their help on a best efforts basis during the service challenge to advise on any urgent R-GMA problems out of normal hours.

Phone numbers are provided only for the use of second level support and should not be made available to anybody else.

Updated lists will be provided to make allowances for people taking their holidays.

Second level support may call any of those numbers below during the times indicated after ensuring that the instructions on the WIKI: have been followed.

Second level support should keep a log of which number they have phoned and when and should also avoid always choosing the same number. Individuals have the right to refuse to help without giving any specific reason - though we would of course try to help provided that second level support are following these guidelines.

The second level support team should also send a description of the problem to the r-gma-sa1 mailing list:
