Transfer Operations

This area tracks the current status of the distributed transfer service operations. It's focus is upon CERN-PROD: tier-0 export and tier-2 services.

Tier-0 service status

Daily status

The current status, indexed by day, is tracked in TransferOperationsDailyLog. This tracks current problems and open issues.

Weekly summary reports for the Joint Operations Meeting are kept at TransferOperationsWeeklyReports.

Weekly summary of issues noticed on the Castor Tier-0 service are kept in TransferOperationsWeeklyCastor.

Daily procedure

The procedures to check for problems on the transfer service and how they interact with the WLCG and EGEE operations are described in TransferOperationsProcedures.
