GGUS template page

The page defines a ticket template for submission to the GGUS system for problems involving failing transfers.

For the site name, use the GOCDB site name rather than the short channel name. (e.g. CERN-PROD, RAL-LCG2, TAIWAN-LCG2).

If it is possible to determine which site (XXXXX) has the problem, use this template:

Short description: FTS transfer - SRM problem on site <XXXXX>

Description:
TPM: Please route this ticket to the ROC for site <XXXXX>.

We have seen a lot of errors of the following type transferring data to site <XXXXX> on FTS channel <CHANNELNAME>:

<Short error message>

FTS operations support

If the site that has the error is not obvious, the WLCG procedure is to route these tickets to the Tier-1 site for investigation:

Short description: FTS transfer - Transfer problems between sites <XXXXX> and <YYYYY>

Description:
TPM: Please route this ticket to the ROC for site <YYYYY>.
