You get the 530 530 VOMS error when processing cert error:

When you look in the DPM Gridftp log file (/var/log/dpm-gsiftp/gridftp.log), you see:

Jun 12 14:29:59 cmspool03 gridftpd[3746]: Trying to use delegated user proxy
Jun 12 14:29:59 cmspool03 gridftpd[3746]: Unable to verify AC signature
Jun 12 14:29:59 cmspool03 gridftpd[3746]: VOMS processing returned error

This means that there is a problem with the CA certificates on the DPM disk server.

The SRM call did not fail, so the CA certificates are up-to-date on the SRM server machine, but not on the disk server.

Check that:

  • the CA certificates are up-to-date (rpm -qa | grep lcg_CA) on the disk server.
