---++ Wednesday June 25th from 17:30 at BBQ area on Prevessin site ---+++ Requirements * Paper plates * Knives (optional?) and forks or spoons (mandatory) * Bottle opener (we forgot last year) * Meat, meat and more meat * Charcoal, lighter, etc. * Salad (optional) * Diluted C2H5OH * Ice (to chill the above, preferably not from the Migros fish counter - nor any fish counter for that matter!) * People! * A Voracious Appetite * A Raging Thirst ---+++ Metrics * Full tummies * Lots of fun ---+++ Volunteers * Simone: cooking * Daniel: lighting up and keeping the barbecue hot, and will bring meat, chips and some salad. * Harry (will be 3): charcoal. I will also go to Jim's for some English sausages (and bread rolls). [ That's good as we probably have enough meat already :-) ] * Sue: Coleslaw and a Tiramisu dessert. Paper table cloth, glasses, napkins, utensils (plastic for eating with + for cooking), salt, pepper, bin bags, water, wine, corkscrew/bottle opener. * Jamie: meat, meat and more meat. booze. * Miguel: some more meat * Ricardo Silva: Ice? Anyone knows how to get Ice? -> last year there were two big fridges, I guess they are still there :) %BR% I confirm the fridges are still there, but they need to be turned on before BBQ time. We can get the ice from Leclerc for example but it would be "easier" if the beer or so was bought there at the same time. * Elisa: I wil bring some meat and vegetables to grill * Andrea: meat, soft drinks * Judit: an 'orse :-) * James: beer * Gerhild: bread, ketchup, another sauce * Pablo: eating, speakers and laptop (if you want music different than tango, bring cd!!), dashboard :-) . I volunteer as a designated driver back to Geneva. * Antonio: beer * Birger: _the_ special dessert (Julia knows what is meant) * Ian: meat and drink * Dan V (will be 2.5): tortilla chips and salsa * Romain: French wine (white, from http://www.vinsmollex.com/) * MariaD (might be 3): [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lentil][Lentils]] (hence the need for forks or spoons). * Main.SteveTraylen , some nice salad and cigarettes. * Max: fruits and some water * Kuba (+1.5): SWEETS, brew, meat * Lorenzo (+1): More bread and drinks * Remi: more beer ---+++ Attendees (volunteers assumed) * William (tech student) * Agnes (student) * Maciej (summer student) -- Main.JamieShiers - 17 Jun 2008
