Volunteers
Simone: cooking
Daniel: lighting up and keeping the barbecue hot, and will bring meat, chips and some salad.
Harry (will be 3): charcoal. I will also go to Jim's for some English sausages (and bread rolls). [ That's good as we probably have enough meat already ]
Sue: I can provide a salad and a Tiramisu dessert. I can also buy plates, glasses whatever nearer the time when we know more…. I understand Tony donated utensils..enough? Just let me know what is still missing and I can shop Wed. lunchtime if necessary.
Jamie: meat, meat and more meat. booze.
Miguel: some more meat
Ricardo Silva: Ice? Anyone knows how to get Ice? -> last year there were two big fridges, I guess they are still there I confirm the fridges are still there, but they need to be turned on before BBQ time. We can get the ice from Leclerc for example but it would be "easier" if the beer or so was bought there at the same time.
Elisa: I wil bring some meat and vegetables to grill
Andrea: meat, soft drinks
Judit: an 'orse
James: beer
Gerhild: bread, ketchup, another sauce
Pablo: eating, speakers and laptop (if you want music different than tango, bring cd!!), dashboard . I volunteer as a designated driver back to Geneva.
Antonio: beer
Birger: the special dessert (Julia knows what is meant)
