WLCG DOMA, WebDAV Error Message Improvement Project

Error messages of WebDAV endpoints and especially with third-party copy transfers are no on par with direct SRM/grid/GSIftp error codes and messages. This page is to list difficult to understand/interpret codes and messages and to track improvements of storage, transfer, and client implementations (avoid reports for DPM which should disappear from WLCG in 2023).
