  1. The user interface queries the BDII to determine the location of the RB and MyProxy server for this user/VO/site.
  2. From the UI, the user performs a proxy-init and a myproxy-init to store a copy of his certiticate on the MyProxy server.
  3. If an extended access rights are required, a woms-proxy-init may also be performed. This gets the specific roles.
  4. The user submits a job. This job includes the proxy details so that the ceriticate can be renewed.
  5. The RB receives the job. Using the grid matching, an appropriate CE is located and the job submitted to it.
  6. The CE submits the job to the local batch system and after a period of queuing, it will be run.
  7. At regular intervals, the RB requests an up to date certicate from the MyProxy server.
  8. The worker node will periodically obtain a renewed certificate from the CE which gets it from the RB.
