Introduction (PhC)

The WG mandate was reviewed and accepted by the members of the WG. The timescale of the May Software week for a first report seems reasonable. The recurrent meeting slot will be Friday mornings 9:30-11:00, except coming Friday when it will take place 13:00-15:00. Phone conference is available and meeting at CERN is in Philippe's office unless otherwise specified.

Several members of the group will be on vacation around Easter and meetings will probably be cancelled. Philippe announced he had some incertainties end of April due to unforeseen civil duties that potentially will last 4 weeks, but hopefully not full time...

Subjects for forthcoming meetings
