Set a Brunel Job

On the lxplus machines at CERN in the afs directory the next stepts are needed:

.../> cd cmtuser
.../> setenvBrunel v32r2
.../Brunel_v32r2> getpack Rec/Brunel v32r2
.../Brunel_v32r2> getpack Tr/NNTools v1r1
.../Brunel_v32r2> cd Rec/Brunel/v32r2/cmt
.../Brunel_v32r2/Rec/Brunel/v32r2/cmt> source setup.sh
.../Brunel_v32r2/Rec/Brunel/v32r2/cmt> cmt br make

Once the executable is produced, in the directory .../Brunel_v32r2/Rec/Brunel/v32r2/options/ copy the options file $RECSYSROOT/options/Reco.opts and modify accordingly the Brunel.opts file.

Next step is to copy the file $TRACKSYSROOT/options/RecoTracking.opts in same directory and modify the Reco.opts file.

Update the RecoTracking.opts file and the rest of needed options files as shown in section Setting the Options Files for NN.
