NEW Instructions to check conditions version used in HLT and assign alignment versions

This page just collects the instructions to check the version of the online conditions used in the HLT

Please be very careful any time you do something on the FarmStatus panel. Normally the only action that should be done on this panel by the Alignment piquet is the assignment of the alignment versions of the RICH mirror alignment if for some issue the RICH mirror alignment did not provide a version of the constants.

1. open the alignment panel

2. click on the blue button with the "i", the farm status panel opens.

3. right click on one of the runs on the left menu and choose "View Local RunDB ", the following panel opens.

4. Mouse on "Version" shows the versions like in the figure above.

5. To assign a version double-click (your mouse should already be in the right position from the step above) a panel with all the constant's versions should appear

6. The menu should suggest by itself the latest produced alignment version. Please check that that is the one you want to assign. When you are sure, assign the version and save (tick on "Save" then click "Ok").
