Discussion on resources needed for the nightly builds

Rob: There are currently not enough resources for nightly builds, they finish very late. This is partly due to the increasing number of tests. Joel: Working on the puppet configuration of new machines, this is anyway needed before we install news machines. Marco/Ben: Currently working on separation of builds/tests in the nightlies. Furthermore the functionality should be offered to change the frequency on integration tests. This will already ease the problem when deployed, in a few weeks time Markus: Why are we doing the _dbg tests at all, we could save time by not doing them, or at least run them afterwards.

In the discussion the idea came to actually use lxbatch for the tests, this would avoid dedicating resources for the builds that are taken from the quota. Ben: Openstack machines could also be used, even though IT have warned us that the IO performance is not great. (Marco: 40GB of disk should be enough for 1 or 2 slots)
