How to Browse the LHCb Conditions Database

* SetupProject LHCb * CondDBBrowser.py &

  • Once the browser opens
    • From the menu "DataBase" select "Open", a dialog appears.
    • In "DBLookup Alias" select "SQLite file" (the last entry), then select the file you want to use (LHCBCOND.db).
    • In the field "Database Name" put LHCBCOND (in one file you can have many databases).
    • Select if you want to open it in read-only or read-write mode (click the button).
    • Finally click "Open DB").
    • Click on arrows in left-side panel, and navigate the tree structure to find the detector elements you're interested in
