The invariant mass distribution of $\mu^+\mu^-$ reconstructed by the Hlt1 DiMuon trigger in both PbPb and PbNe SMOG collisions, with the number of Velo hits below 6000. The data correspond to about 110 $#mu b^{-1}$ integrated luminosity and 4.5E+20 Pb on Ne target. There are around 29K $J\/\psi$ signals, most of the signals come from PbPb collisions, and there are around 500 signal decays from PbNe data |

Invariant mass distribution of $\mu^+\mu^-$ in 2018 PbNe collisions. To remove ghost and upstream pollution, events with more than 10 PUHits are removed, and only events with PVz between -200 and 200 mm are kept (following previous SMOG studies). The standard SMOG $J/\psi$ selection is applied: hlt1 and hlt2 SMOG Dimuon trigger, $J/\psi$ stripping line (S35r1), and standard Jpsi selection (see LHCb-ANA-2018-008). The full dataset is used, $\sim$ 5.7E+20 Pb on Ne target. There are around 700 $J\/\psi$ signal candidates |

Invariant mass distribution of $\K^\mp \pi^\pm$ in 2018 PbNe collisions. To remove ghost and upstream pollution, events with more than 10 PUHits are removed, and only events with PVz between -200 and 200 mm are kept (following previous SMOG studies). The standard SMOG $D^0$ selection is applied: hlt1 and hlt2 SMOG Kpi trigger, D0kpi stripping line (S35r1), and $D^0$ standard selection (see LHCb-ANA-2018-008) is adapted to reduce the combinatorial background: $p_T$(daughter) $> 650 MeV, DIRA > 0.9998$ and no cut on $\tau_{D^0}$. The full dataset is used, $\sim$ 5.7E+20 Pb on Ne target. There are around 1500 $D^0$ signal candidates |

Invariant mass distribution of $\mu^+\mu^-$ in 2018 PbPb collisions in the event-activity class $60-90\%$. The following selection is used: JpsiToMuMu stripping line (S35) with the standard selection based on J/$\psi$ analysis note (see LHCb-ANA-2016-067) and a luminous region cut as well to reduce SMOG contamination (see details in the next description's plot). A very small preliminary sample is used, with around 1800 J/$\psi$ signal candidates. |

Invariant mass distribution of $\K^\mp \pi^\pm$ in 2018 PbPb collisions in the event-activity class $70-90\%$. The following $D^0$ selection is applied: D0kpi stripping line (S35), and $D^0$ standard selection in pPb (see CERN-LHCb-ANA-2016-012) is applied, together with a cut on the luminous region in order to reduce SMOG contamination : $ \abs{ z_{PV} }$ < 200 mm, 0.35 < $\rho$ <1.1 mm with $\rho =︎\sqrt{x_{PV}^2 + y_{PV}^2), based on the J/$\psi$ analysis note in 2015 PbPb collisions (see LHCb-ANA-2016-067). A small preliminary sample is used. There are around 10500 $D^0$ signal candidates |
