Notes
- Scales are the "sigma" of a Gaussian.
- The
width
of the Gaussian is given by the product: sigmaForGaussianMisAlign * misAlignValue
, where misAlignValue
is the misalignment value given below.
- The units are [mm] for translations (
_trans_
) and [mrad] for rotations ( _rot_
).
