RICH 1 upgrade optics

Here we should list the mechanical aspects of the optics.

Nominal 3650 radius of curvature

This is defined by the file here. A tab separated list of the outer acceptance rays is given here. A Step file of the rays is given here along with a python file to generate it in FreeCad here. A Step file of the outer solid of these rays is given here along with a python file to generate it in FreeCad here.
