LHCb Upgrade Simulation

Upgrade simulation versions
Given a bookkeeping path from the Dirac bookkeeping browser, you can access the information about the production step, and hence the simulation stack used for a production, by using:
lhcb-proxy-init
lb-dirac dirac-bookkeeping-prod4path -B bkkPath
lb-dirac dirac-bookkeeping-production-information prodID
where bkkPath is the path in the Dirac bookkeeping page corresponding to the MC sample (e.g. /MC/Upgrade/Beam7000GeV-Upgrade-MagUp-Nu7.6-25ns-Pythia8/Sim10-Up08/49000062/XDIGI) and prodID is the appropriate production ID returned by the dirac-bookkeeping-prod4path command (e.g. 127646 and 127645 for this path).
The information about the latest upgrade simulation versions are also listed here for convenience (the SIMCOND tag is reported for
MagDown polarity, change -md- to -mu- for
MagUp), with the link to the corresponding release notes. Please be aware that between different simulation versions more than one release could have been deployed (it is the case for SIMCOND and DDDB tags).
