1.4 TeV 2011 data stripping

Please add below any lines you would like to see included in the 2011 stripping of the 1.4TeV data, Runs 88033-88182, Velo open, about 0.063 pb-1, MagUp about 0.029 pb-1 (Run 88123-88162), MagDown about 0.034pb-1.
