PreStripping18: Estimated bandwidth in Mb/s (update)

Bandwidth per stream and per WG taking the DST size calculated with DaVinci head of 28/02/2012, enabling DST packing and compression. Trigger rate is taken from Run 97120 (2680 Hz), and is multiplied by 2 for Charm streams and by 1.25 for other streams.
