This is a kind reminder in order to prepare your rehearsal:

1) Please read carefully the full program of the conference, cross-check with other LHCb colleagues making similar presentations and avoid overlap. In case of doubt, contact the Physics Coordinator and the conference organizers.

2) Follow LHCb's "Rules and Guidelines for Presentations": http://lhcb.web.cern.ch/lhcb/speakersbureau/html/Rules_for_Presentations.html

3) Stay within the allotted time also during the rehearsal (!). -> the colleagues in the same rehearsal session will appreciate (overrunning your time extends the rehearsal session twofold: 1st you take more time, 2nd there is in general a lengthy discussion)

4) Please connect to vidyo in advance and NOT just on the timing indicated on the above indico agenda. The colleague speaking before you may well finish earlier, and we don't want to loose time.
