This pair of algorithms can be used to improve on the performance of the TrackEventCloneKiller, or it can be used independently.

TrackBuildCloneTable prepares a table of clone tracks based on the track parameters. A matching quality variable is computed for each pair of tracks, and if the match is better than some threshold, the tracks end up in the table.

TrackCloneCleaner uses this table to quickly find pairs of tracks which are clones of each other, choses the better one of the two tracks (more hits, or, in case of the same number of hits, lower chi^2), and flags the other with a variable giving the distance to the best track in the matching variable. By cutting more and more on this variable, an analysis can obtain a track sample with decreasing number of clones.
